Indexable Milling Cutter is generally made of a steel body with machined features that enable for precise insert location. Steel tool bodies also include a clamping device for inserts as well as a means for attaching the assembled body and inserts to the machine tool. It's helpful to have indexable endmills that are at least 5/8" to 3/4" in diameter for effective roughing. Indexable Milling Cutter is more forgiving than normal drills when utilized on machines with problematic alignment. This cutter requires very low maintenance and replacement costs. This is very safe to use.
